Unfortunately, I don't have a such device. Maybe in the future.
Therefore, I'm forced for time being to do the tests on the emulator.
I have the streaming part already developed (using VLC), so I will
stuck on that. Now, I have to concentrate my efforts to develop a
client for android platform. I already played with the demo VideoView
from android samples and I was capable to see the video over HTTP.
When I was trying to see my own resource available via RTSP/HTTP I got
the following error: "The source cannot be played".

I still have the same quastion: I understood that the android emulator
has some implementation problems at the network level and the RTSP
client doesn't work at all.
The new version 2.2 has solved this problem?
