I create a (free) website for each app and put up a capture of every screen. Then, as questions come in about a particular screen or function, I add commends below the relevant screen shot on the website. After a while, most questions have been answered on the website and I can just email a link when a repeat question comes in. Quite useful for reducing support load over time.
