Hi folks: I have had an app on the market for few months now. Today one of my users called with a very strange problem. The app worked fine for a few days. Then today they are unable to run it. The colors of the icon changed. The name of the app chnaged from the usual display name to the package name.and it FCs immediately upon startup. This is an app with thousands of installations. Has anyone experienced this situation before?
I am guessing corruption on the device and would like to suggest a re- install.
