All of a sudden, since the Market underwent it's recent multiple country expansion, I'm seeing, on a fairly regular basis, cancellations with a subject:
"Order XYZZY has been cancelled by Google" With an explanation that boils down to: "...because we were unable to verify that buyer's account information..." So far it's all been with customers' billing addresses in S. Korea?
