Hello! I have a basic LayoutActivity set to fill_parent. When created, though, it is broken on the left and right. The problem is that just below the titlebar of the activity and above application canvas there are two lines - one left and one right - which are 1px high and about 5-10px wide. A consequence of their presence is that some of the widgets (buttons mainly) below these lines got their edges misplaced down as if they "push" the contets down. It happens on a new installation of Eclipse with Google Android SDK 0.9.9. When compiled, signed and deployed to HTC Wildfire (Android OS 2.1) the lines keep on being there. These lines are also present in the basic HelloWolrd empty new project.
