We have an API and a demo application to do just what you need. You can download the free demo app from the Android Market. Its name is "Netmobo Aggregated Purchases".
The demo app source code is available at http://github.com/netmobo/AggregatedPurchaseAndroidDemo. The API is supported by a back office. You can sign up for developer account here: http://www.netmobo.com/.
