Hi, I am in my final year at university studying computer forensics and I want to create a program (using java) that investigates the android operating system. I was wondering is it possible to create an app or program to extract the system files to investigate on the program I create on the computer? The idea is to not to alter the files so that they can be used as evidence.
Also, does anyone know where files such as history/messages/bookmarks/ phonebook etc. are kept? Any help is appreciated.
