Both are showing up on my USA AT&T Nexus One. I noticed it installed to /data/app-private/ , which means you have copy protection turned on. Copy protection means your app will only show to a select white list of phones models/software. The white list tends to be very poorly updated and can miss updated phones for a long time too.
