Is there a specification that describes the basic user interface requirements for every Android phone? For example, which buttons can an application developer expect on every android phone? Does every Android phone have a Menu button? Does it have to be called "Menu", for english versions? If I tell a user to "Press the Menu button", is that going to be meaningful for every Android phone?
