I can't program worth a crap, so I submit this idea to programmers of all skill levels.
A program which uses the internal camera of the Android phone, it scans for text or characters within the camera view and automatically translates the characters into another language and displays it on screen. As an example, you're in Japan and you don't know if a sign says 'Police Station' or 'Maid Cafe' you can point your Android phone at the sign and the phone will translate the characters into a language you can understand.
