Would you like to place an order for someone to make your app for you while
you're at it?
I'd like to request you a) don't include us all in *your* laziness claim and
b) learn to build things that aren't already handed to you. Thanks!
I mean, seriously, do you honestly expect someone from Google to read this,
drop what they're doing, and get to work making this for you?

Wouldn't that only make sense if the app is sort of subscription-based?

Once scenario: I buy the app, open it, it verifies it's legit, I copy it and
it's data, ask for a refund, then re-install the backup, which has passed
verification. Thanks for the free app.
That's just one idea. I'm sure there are smarter and more elaborate ways to
defeat a one-time check.
