can anybody please guide me how to write the code for opening the new
image after clicking the imagebutton in android.
I have tried something like this:

import android.app.Activity;
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.view.View;
import android.widget.ImageButton;
public class imageButton extends Activity {
private static ImageButton seqIBtn;//these are the three
imageButton
private static ImageButton vidIBtn;
