Not only that, it might also confuse results. A changlog often includes some internals which don't directly matter for the main features, e.g. an "improved contact selection" in some SMS or social network app doesn't make it a contact manager... For better search results, the Market would rather need keywords (where possible with internal thesaurus) and some more space for descriptions.
