For those still struggling with OpenSUSE 11, here's mine:
Like Nick's, this goes in
/etc/udev/rules.d/11-android.rules
and is
SUBSYSTEMS=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0bb4", ATTRS{idProduct}
=="0c02", MODE="0666", OWNER="headstay"
Note plural SUBSYSTEMS and OWNER not NAME.
