Hi All, I have an application that start a watcher (FileObserver::startWatching()) to another application package (say: / data/data/com.androiddeveloper.sample/) path. I have seen this working fine for 1.5 & 1.6 device. But looks like the API implementation is changed from 2.* onwards.
Can anyone please confirm this? Is this API behaviour change is documented anywhere by Google? Or this is a kind of functionality break?
