I was wondering if there is a way to wake a sleeping phone via softkeys instead of just the power button. Ive debugged and can see that the events arent firing during sleep, but wondered if there is a way to have them listen for input even during sleep (I assume at the cost of battery life)
Ive seen people be able to trigger them to light up as some sort of message notification (Samsung Fascinate, no LED indicator) even during sleep, but I dont know if they respond to input at that point or if they just light up.
