Hi,

I have a user who reported that when he purchased my app it never made
it past the credit card authorization phase. It just hung there.

I had him go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications
He indicated that it shows that the app is downloaded, BUT the "open"
option never appears and app doesn't appear at all on his phone.

Any suggestion on getting this straighten out?
