Hi, I have a user who reported that when he purchased my app it never made it past the credit card authorization phase. It just hung there.
I had him go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications He indicated that it shows that the app is downloaded, BUT the "open" option never appears and app doesn't appear at all on his phone.
