50% is an interesting number. Lets say: 1) the usualy non-US CC decline rate is 15% (I havn't worked it out) 2) you're talking about before the current troubles started yesterday Where would we speculate the difference went ? People shying away from apps with a non-round-price in $US ? Apps not being listed in some places that aren't from a US publisher ?
