Just found that the CameraPreview sample that comes bundled with SDK 2.3 compiles fine but also gives me a plain white "preview" screen in the SDK 2.3 emulator on Windows 7 64-bit, so apparently it is not (just) my app not playing by the new rules. Any ideas? Gingerbread hardware acceleration acting up?
