Hi, Are you using the Eclipse IDE ? In that case you could use the DDMS perspective to easily push your file to sdcard.
If it still doesn't work, check your permission by connecting to adb shell then type ls -l to see the permission on your sdcard. If it still doesn't work, your sdcard image could be corrupted...
