Both apps are visible on a Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.2.
Both not there on an HTC Hero with 2.1.
I am in Russia.
Looks like you are requesting a feature that's only supported by 2.2
(???), or perhaps one is implicit.

Thank you for the feedback Stephen. The copy protection is off as I'm
using LVL.
It's working on my Galaxy S :(
