And I wouldn't expect they fix it, there are a lot of bugs in tracker w/o progress... May be, if you commit a fix for the exploit, but anyway it doesn't mean that it will be picked up ))
But I may be wrong - I do not have experience with android platform dev, I just submit bugs.
