I'm a New Zealand based developer and plan on selling my first app via the android market early next year.
Some questions around payment processing. (Feel free to share experiences even if you're not based in NZ.) 1. Am I able to configure Google Checkout to add an additional 15% GST to the price charged for apps sold to New Zealand residents? (To fulfill local goods and services tax requirements for local sales.) 2. If (1) above is possible, does Google provide a breakdown of which sales included GST and which didn't (to assist me with tax reporting)? If not, is a breakdown of sales figures by country available? 3. Does Google make bulk payments to my bank account (covering many sales), or individual payments (one payment per sale)?
