I don't think you can do this with createChooser. You should be able to "roll your own" though, without much problem. Query<http://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/pm/PackageManager.html#queryIntentActivities(android.content.Intent, int)> for those two intents, and create a dialog with the results. Once the user picks the app to pick the photo from, you can then launch the appropriate intent.
