The FM radio app which everyone is using was apparently created by Code Aurora (source<https://www.codeaurora.org/gitweb/quic/la/?p=platform/packages/apps/FM.git;a=tree;f=src/com/quicinc;h=05bfe62320ba5975febb002c14c761e4b074f04d;hb=HEAD>), adapted up by the MiUI team <http://www.miui.com/thread-1687-1-1.html> (website is in Chinese, source is on there somewhere), then made it into Cyanogenmod (source <https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_packages_apps_FM>) and other ROMs.
