Something that happens quite frequently is that someone will refund a purchase and turn around and re-buy it again. So "Bob" may refund at 10:02 then buy again at 10:03. This is due to the fact that the Android Market is an epic fail when it comes to allowing users to actually buy apps (go figure). Otherwise, that's about 27% which isn't terrible, though I don't know what the usual is for games.
