We are also increasing the maximum size for .apk files on Market to 50MB, to better support richer games. check this line from the above link. &
One more thing i observed is they are preloading some data & one other way i guess after that we can dowload data from server if you have too many resources, that what for getting more resources, what i feel Normall android market allow 50 MB apks from the above link.
