place an image of a pin that floats over a map as you move the map
underneath.  the lower left corner is my "hot spot" or the tip of the
pin.  I want to make it my reference point and place it in the middle
of the screen.   changing reference point of a drawable seems pretty
common, I just don't know how to do it in Android.
