Okay, I didn't have the icon specified there. I've added it. Uninstalled from the emulator, and re-installed. The icon still doesn't show up in the Live Wallpapers menu, and no errors are displayed in logcat. (Sure wish my AT&T 2.1 phone supported Live Wallpapers!)
