I tried to do this as well.

The closest i came was to be able to 'skin' the AM/PM button of the
TimeDialog picker... :(

The 'Set' and 'Cancel' buttons, the 'up' and 'down' buttons seem not
to be skinnable. But i could be wrong and just haven't found the right
way to do it.
