There are two problems related to code assists with ADT and Helios. 1) ADT problem related to classpath container described on http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=7850#c7 It is fixed in ADT 8.0.x
2) problem with WTP Webservices context assist. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=317979 It isn't related to ADT. Workaround Open Window>Preferences>Java>Editor>Content Assist>Advanced and disable JAX-WS Proposals This issue is fixed in current WTP Could you provide test case if this doesn't help ?
