I assumed that the OP wanted to use the Android tablet in a professional environment (inventory, etc...), in which case having an hand held scanner is mandatory. A Bluetooth scanner (or a scanner with a serial port and a Bluetooth/Serial bridge, like the Iogear GBS301), is a good solution in this case, and writing the Android app should be simple. - -- Marc Petit-Huguenin Personal email: [email protected] Professional email: [email protected] Blog: http://blog.marc.petit-huguenin.org -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAk0t7MQACgkQ9RoMZyVa61eXXACfScMX6ODJAVBzNPASCfTuoiH3 EXEAmQEkKGuBy43C4eJGprrqiVzLKYiH =qJl4 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
