Thanks...but to be honest it doesn't help one bit!

It shows a diagram of exactly what I want, but doesn't actually say
how you achieve it. I've tried a few of the code snippets but nothing
made any difference.

It mentions 'full screen' or 'extract mode' - which I think may be
what I'm after - but I can't see how I set that.
