If someone puts a crippled free app on the market,
but allows a user to follow a link to say PayPal
to unlock the app, it seems that the end result
would be that a paid app ended up getting on the
phone without Google taking a cut of the revenue. What's Google's
(or anyone else's) take on this?

Thanks,

Tobiah
