The emmulator has proven adequate for me in terms of testing screen sizes, layout and most functionality.
Where I suffer is in the maddening levels of Camera API support from the various manufacturers. Some report no supported preview sizes, they support zoom in differing ways, etc. I havent tried these services yet but they seem like viable options. http://www.rentobile.com/ has a modest selection of android devices for rent at fairly cheap rates. http://www.perfectomobile.com/ seems to offer remote access to actual devices with live mobile network connections. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
