Probably you once clicked the check-box "use Tags as default
application". You can
remove this option under "manage appications" on the Tags-App page.
After that
change a list of all applications appears which react on nfc tags.

Another source might be, that your application not properly declares
the intents
and that thus only the default app is registered, then that app is
started when
a tag is found. To test that, you could simply install one of the nfc
apps
from the app store.
