As it currently stands, it looks as if only purchased apps are "saved" for the user (ie: they can uninstall and reinstall without paying again). What if the user installs the free trial, uses in-app billing to unlock the full version, then later decides to uninstall the app for space? Would the market/app, upon reinstalling, recognize that the user already has paid to unlock the full version? How is this managed?
