Position: Sr. Java Developer(9 Opening) Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 month contract Local Preferred Description: Client now need 9 java developers for this project: Consultant Role: Java Developer Description: . Participates as a member of development team. . Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers. . Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests. . Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development). . May perform unit design. . Applies HP and 3rd party technologies to software solutions of moderate complexity. . Configures end-user or enterprise systems designed by more senior technologists. . Performs work assigned by others. . Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks. Skills Required (provide specific details around tools, client environment, certifications needed, etc): These resources need to have the following skills: . 5+ years of experience of Java / J2EE architecture. . 5+ years experience in OOAD and OO development. . 5+ years experience with Web application design and deployment, familiar with JSP/Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JAAS. . 3+ years of experience in EJB (Session, CMP, BMP, MDB) design and development. . Experience in JSF and Portal or any other MVC Web Frameworks. . Understanding of coding standards and knowledge of applying quality standards. . Experience in writing SQL, PL / SQL programs. . Ability to work with a team. . Good communication Skills. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.
