Wouldn't the first order of business be Dalvik's GC multicore improvements backpoting to 2.x? I am still waiting for Honeycomb SDK final release and hope that they skip 2.4 on phones and jup directly to 3.1(or 3.0 for phones). Yet I am so much frustrated that Android's openness stops at ODM or carrier/operator.
