This means that if you don't have the original key, your only option is to upload a completely new application (new key and new package name).

I gave it a different packageName but I still get this error

The upgraded apk's package name (com.mycompany.myAPPNEW) must be the
same as the one it is replacing (com.mycompany.myAPPOLD).
