Hi Mikey, I did try that but still no luck - I manually shut down the adb process etc. In any case, isn't the upgrade supposed to happen even through the IDE? Or are you confirming what I said that if a release exists it gets locked by the IDE if does not it is ok to install while in the IDE. I think you are.
I think something strange is going on with my file system - I will work on a bit more and let the list know of any resolution.
