That will give your receiver control when either of those two actions
are met. However, as is documented on the page I pointed you to:

Note that the packages in this list do not receive this broadcast.

Hence, your code will not get control when *your* application becomes available.

And so, as I wrote at the top of this thread, get your application off
of external memory, since that will not work:
