Not to be rude, but this is a claic case of how NOT to ask a question. Your subject is so vague, most people don't waste their time reading it.
Looks to me as you have a incomplete Adroid ADT or SDK instalation, but I am a beginner myself. Things to try: 1) Run the "SDK Manager.exe" from your Android SDK instalation directory. You need to have installed the Android SDK. 2) Run the Eclipse Software Update (Help | Check For Updates).
