What you described in just a few sentences covers layouts, animations, gesture detection, and view flipping / switching, to name a few topics. Start small and work your way up. Get your main ListView working. Get your sidebar view working. Then get a flipper / switcher working that flips between your list view and side bar on a button press or something. Then work on detecting a gesture to switch. Then work on animating this as necessary. Post *SPECIFIC* questions along the way if you need help and you'll have a much better chance of getting a good response. Good luck. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TreKing <http://sites.google.com/site/rezmobileapps/treking> - Chicago transit tracking app for Android-powered devices -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
