Please don't use the SD card to hide your data from the user.  Note there is
a well-defined location on the SD card for apps to put their private data,
and like their other data this is retained across re-installs but cleaned up
when the app is uninstalled.

We don't like apps spewing random stuff on the SD card outside of the
standard locations defined for it.  In fact, future system UIs will probably
make it easy for users to see and clean up such stuff.
