Step #1: Install Apache Ant

Step #2: Switch to the directory for a project

Step #3: Run android update project -p . or android update lib-project
-p . or android update test-project -p . as appropriate

(you might also need the -t switch on there to say which API level you
want to compile against)

Step #4: Repeat steps #2 and #3 as needed

Step #5: Use ant clean install on your top-level projects to compile
and install them on your device or emulator
