You don't need to worry about this device, because it doesn't have Market.
 To have Market, a device needs to pass the CDD, which are the compatibility
requirements.  A device that doesn't have Market can thus be assumed to be
not compatible in some ways, whether large or small.

If you are wanting to deliver your app to non-Market devices, you are
entering the wide and woolly world of anything-goes Android device
customization.  You can expect to have a wide variety of fun and exciting
differences between the devices.

(If you are delivering your app through another application store, hopefully
they are doing their own compatibility testing to give you guarantees about
the devices you will be delivered on.)
