Not really what you expect as answer, but why not just tell user he will be redirected to system settings panel and when he's done BACK would let to return to your activity? While embedding is quite tempting (from your standpoint), launching system settings is common and standard way to that you want to accomplish. Other approaches will most likely be close to luring in hacks and while I am personally not against using hacks, I do that only if there's no better way to do the task (or no other way than hacks).
