This attribute simply doesn't work if the TextField to which you want
to align the baseline with doesn't have any text in it. setText("")
doesn't work, but setText(" ") does.
This worked fine, as it should, in Android versions <= 2.3.3 . I am
saying it should work with an empty text is just because there is no
actual text, there is still a font assigned and the baseline should be
computable.
