I am developing an application for people with disabilities (down syndrome and so on) and I need to take the control of every window in the phone and Battery-Low Dialog is a window with two buttons and i need to change it with an easier dialog with only a Pictogram and a voice signal or something like this.
I dont want to "cheat" the user...i want to make my own battery-low dialog to avoid people with dificulties to learn and use a celular phone to be confused and to go (through battery-state button) to a part of phone skills they are not able to deal with. Thats all. I see that is not possible without changing the firmware so I will try. Thanks to everyone.
